Return Policy

We cannot issue refunds, but do offer store credits.

Merchandise under the Return Policy may be returned for store credit within 10 days of the original invoice date. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by calling us during regular business hours or emailing us at rma@cosmiccharlies.com

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier (usually UPS). You may not return any product once the packaging is opened.

Due to health regulations the following items may NOT be returned: coin bags, tobacco grinders, body flushes, shampoo, pipe cleaners, and/or pipe tools.
