  1. What are your Hours? We are open Monday-Saturday from 11:00 am until 8:00 pm
  2. Where are you located? 7821 Pines Blvd. We are two blocks east of University Drive on the North side of Pines Blvd. next to Burger King.
  3. Do you have to be 18 to enter the Store? Yes you must be 18 with valid picture id. Please make sure you bring it with you every time you enter. You will not be allowed entry unless you have it with you.
  4. Do you have to be 18 to shop ONLINE? Only for the 18 and over items.
  5. Do you have any positions open for Employment? Not at this time. but we are always taking applications and putting them on file. Please be over 21 and have a minimum of 3 years retail experience. A resume is also needed for all employment and education for the last 5 yrs.
  6. Do I need my discount card to receive the 10 percent discount? Yes, please bring it with you and leave one in your wallet or purse. Please show it to the employee at the register.
  7. What types of payment do you accept? In the store we take., Cash, Charges and debits. Online we accept credit cards only. sorry no COD's
  8. What is the minimum order? The minimum order is $10 dollars., before shipping and handling. all orders under $10 dollars will be subject to the minimum.
  9. When will I get my order? Orders will be taken on a first come first served basis. usually we ship within 24 hours. If you need a rush order please call 954-893-9111 and we will try to accommodate your needs.
  10. Why does it say Panoramic Design on my CC bill? That is our parent company and they process all of our payments.
